1. See "Mrs. Coach" in person on Game Day or at training at Newquay Sports Centre on Sundays and pick your number from the board.

2. Download play sheet and email to mrscoach@innisrhia.eclipse.co.uk

3. Phone or Text "Mrs. Coach" on 07789 484817 with your choice of numbers.
You need to choose your favourite 5 numbers in case
your first choice has already been taken.  Give your name and telephone number.

ALL TICKETS MUST BE PAID FOR BY 9AM ON THE MORNING OF THE DRAW.
