Pippa and Rhiannon, two cheerleaders from the Sharkettes Cheerleading Squad were invited to Atlantic Radio at the end of March to promote the forthcoming auditions for Sharkettes. The girls had prepared a special Atlantic Radio Cheer as well as demonstrating one of the many cheers used to support the Sharks Senior Players.
But with a little encouragement, he put aside his shy nature and "had a go"! It was then the turn of the girls to look slightly less enthusiastic.
He decided to have a go at that as well!

Jamie Reed, well known news presenter on Atlantic, who was very enthusiastic about the girls joining him in the studio seemed less than enthusiastic when he was challenged to "have a go"!
But that didn't put Jamie off, he decided to have a clap and wave his arms a bit and then, having been really impressed abut how high the ladies could kick in such a tiny room....
Well maybe he won't make the squad this year, but there's always next year - he was willing after all! |
