Youth Foundation & Recruitment

Our recruitment in 2008 & 2009 has gone very well with excellent attendance at our trials and we now have coaches in place to commence training in Torrington, Bude and Newquay with Bodmin and Launceston following shortly..

One of the most encouraging aspects has been the high attendance of youth players who take part in all the fitness tests and train alongside the senior team.

The Peninsula Foundation of American Football should come into its own in 2009 bringing youth players from all over the county together to play each other at american football.

These grassroots teams will be the future of the Cornish Sharks and as such, the youth are given the highest respect by the adult players and train with them at our sessions held on Sundays.
